Jean Drew Rivas is a native Venezuela, chef and Food and Beverage manager. JD's early culinary career included time spent working in his parents' restaurants in Caracas, Venezuela as a teenager, followed by enrollment in The Culinary & Gastronomy Center, Tourism Management School and Marketing School, Caracas, Venezuela.
Chef Jean Drew's culinary influences originated with his love of Spanish cuisine and over the years he developed a passion for molecular gastronomy and progressive Latin cuisine.
Following graduation in 2014, Jean Drew landed in Miami, Florida and started his career in cooking and leading positions at Juvia (Miami Beach), Cantina La Veinte (Brickell), Beaker and Gray (Wynwood) and Le Chick (Wynwood). We are fortunate to work with Chef JD's passion and culinary talent.
