Andi Cruzatti was born in Panama City, Panama. The daughter of two deaf immigrant parents, she started her hospitality career serving tables at the age of 17 in Madison, Wisconsin.
Andi then started developing an interest in the world of bartending, later managing a variety of bars throughout the city of Chicago until moving to Miami in 2017. Andi held many positions over the course of her transition to Miami from bartending at the iconic Vagabond Night Club to assisting in the opening and managing new concepts for Wood Tavern Group in Wynwood.
In 2017 Andi decided to leave management to pursue a career in mixology and to be mentored by some of the most notable names in the industry. Soon after, Andi was given the opportunity to join the Broken Shaker team which lead to being offered the position of General Manager at The Corner Bar in Downtown, Miami. After 3 years with the Corner Bar group, Andi was able to fulfill her dreams of growth in the beverage industry and accepted the position of Beverage Director for Coyo Taco and 1800 Lucky restaurants.
Andi and her partner Karina enjoy the arts, community events, travel and Sunday's with their dog Basel. Andi is currently working on a poetry cocktail book that is due to self publish in early 2022.
